Each student or parent will be notified when they log on to the system if they have forms that need completion. If there is an address change or phone number change, it only needs to be made in one place, and all forms are updated. Imagine contact lists and directories that stay current without any staff involvement. If there is a new form that needs to be completed, you can send a group e-mail to the appropriate recipients and you’re done. They can log on to the system to complete the form or click on a link you’ve placed in the e-mail to go there directly. |
